Ondskyld

Ondskyld (a wordplay meaning both “I’m sorry” and “evil guilt”) is a colourful seven-piece from Copenhagen. Their music lies somewhere between DIY-punk and grandiose heartfelt pop-rock balladry in Danish. From their punk roots you’ll find a deep love for community, high energy and doing things wrong.

With intense, ornamented, poetic, hyper direct, soul- and sorrowful songs Ondskyld excuses for their insufficiency, though there’s nothing to be sorry about. They blend life’s biggest emotions and boring detail from everyday life into a chunky smoothie of absurdity, humor and optimism. The band made their entrance on to the scene with a hand-full of heartbroken rock bangers, live-tracked on cassette tape, with their EP ’Hjertesorg Sommerrock 2024’ (Heartache Summer Rock 2024), displaying poetic snapshots from a shitty and lonely-ass summer. They’ve made a name for themselves with explosive live shows, a fair amount of airplay of the singles ’Kundeservice’ and ’Føle Ssomom’ and two full-length interviews in DEBUT on Danish radio station P6 BEAT. Ondskyld are releasing their debut album ’Fuld Affekt’ in autumn 2025.

Crushing

Crushing plays immediate, noisy, and primitive guitar music. With both feet planted in no-wave inspired post rock, the project is an honest, both humorous and painful, gouging into old, deep wounds that expose intimate insecurities about body, sex, longing, and grief.

At the core of Crushing lie two desires: to describe personal, human experiences as they are - Grimy. Fleshy. Decayed. Soaked in blood, sweat, snot, and tears. - and to detach from bodily limitations and urges, to step outside and witness the comedy in bared gums, sunken cheeks, and clenched fists.

Few rudimentary guitar chords ham-fistedly follow the blazing rhythms, sometimes more akin to the skipping of a broken record. The heavy subject matter is emphasized by agonized screams and atonal outbursts, contrasting the otherwise care-free and at times almost joyed demeanor.

It is hard-hitting yet impotent, callous yet thin-skinned, heavy yet laughable.

Yvonnes

Yvonnes weaves noise, melody and memory into their dreamy and guitar-driven pop songs. Centered around Nicoline Hasselbalch's ethereal vocals, Yvonnes has created a captivating sound that draws clear threads to 90s Triphop and guitar bands. With only two singles in their discography, Yvonnes has already played several shows around Denmark, including the industry festival SPOT in Aarhus, a double-concert with ShinyHunt and as a support for Elias Rønnenfelt from Iceage. Yvonnes is now working on their upcoming EP “Postponements" which is scheduled to be released in April.
